I have an AMD 5000 Be, and it's very fast and i've O/C'd it to 3.0ghz... the fan i'm using is the ruby orb thermaltake fan, which keeps it cool, and my ram, but by ruby orb fan has stopped working it won't spin... IDK how to pick CPU fans... so what's the best CPU fan out there for my CPU, but cost less than 40 dollars..
