CPU Fan

I'm building my first computer. I'm buying one of the new 1155 socket CPUs. Will they require a whole new type of CPU fan? Or are there universal CPU fans?

If your getting a retail CPU, it comes with a heatsink and fan. If you plan on overclocking you willl need a better one though.
