Hello again All

My cpu fan is very noisy when gaming or heavy graphic programs. I was thinking of water cooling any suggestions??
 
I think a water cooling loop is much safer than full custom kit, I had the corsair h60 and nice low temps and never had a drop of leakage.

If you case is big enough the corsair h100i is supposed to be very good.
 
If you just want a quieter fan look into a tower air cooler if you have the room. You do not need anything too fancy if you are not overclocking.

James is right about WC. Closed loops are definitely safer than a custom systems and if you are not pushing the system to it's overclocking limits, it is not worth it anyway for the price tag of the custom systems.

Here is the way I would look at it. Unless you can't fit the air coolers in your system I don't really see a good reason to get anything lower than an H80i. I don't think that the price difference is worth the performance when compared to air coolers in that same range.

if you want to go liquid, I would look at H80i, H90 H100i, H110. If you are not OCing, none of those would be necessary

Air I would look into CM 212 evo, CM V8, XIGMATEK Dark Knight II
 
Either will be fine for playing games. The difference is really having a 120mm cooler or a 92mm cooler. Since you are not OCing and just want a quieter fan, the TX3 is just fine.
