cpu frequency how high should i go?

right now im at 3.43 from 3.16 and with prime95 my temps are only reaching 37 from a standard 25... i think i should keep going until my prime95 temps hit around 45? does that sound good?

No it sounds boring You could get that to around 4.5 with relative ease on you setup and your temps aren't bad either. You got a great setup why not push it eh.
