i was wondering if the thermalright XP 90 would fit an AMD 2800+ barton (Socket A). It doesnt really say on the site and i was wondering if it would fit.

just to be sure i think ill go with the thermalright SI 97A, it looks pretty good

yeah looks great but i think this one might be the better one for you Thermalright SLK900-A It`s 100% copper

does copper make much difference? i reckon the SI 97A would be more cooler than the SLK900-A because of its thinner fins.

i was just looking at the price of the SLK900-A and its more than i want to pay, so the SI 97A will probably do me, do you reckon it would keep an AMD 2800+ barton overclocked to 2450mhz cool?

SI 97A will be great for that system but remember that to much voltage is a OC`in killer too !
