cpu issue, maybe?

ok so ever since i got my computer i have been RMAing PSUs. after a few weeks of having one they just pooped out. i got a really nice one and it crap itself too. i replaced the mobo, thinking it might be the problem. now i realized it might be my CPU. what do u think? im sure it is not my PSU, i got a REALLY NICE AND RECOMMENED PSU. praetor's pick, too. if it is a cpu issue i do not want to damage my new mobo. help?:confused:
 
wow... this one's got me stumped. do you have another mobo with the same CPU? switch em. if it works good then the CPU's baad. ive never heard of this error... what type of CPU is it?
 
i'd just get the cheapest processor on ebay that works with your mobo, adns see what happens. when does the PSU die out?
