cpu misunderstanding

ive bought a pentium dual core e5300 right, ive looked at the cpus that are compatable with the board im getting but this cpu isnt on the list but it has the e5200 and e5400 cpu on the list, the only difference it the mhz, do you think i will be fine witht the cpu ive alreay bought?
