CPU/mobo compatability

am i goona have problems if i install a CPU with a FSB 400Mhz and a mobo with a FSB 800MHz ??

Read the specs of the mobo... It usally tells you what is supported, both min and max. Normally, I don't think ones go much lower than 533, so you might have a problem. Are you sure the sockets match up?
