CPU OCing program

i have a old AMD 700MHz an i want to OC it but i need a program to do it with.
what is a good CPU OCing program that will also let me control my voltage?
 
You usually overclock your CPU with your BIOS. CPU overclocking programs are not very stable. Restart your computer and go into the BIOS. See if there are options to overclock it. But even if there are, you can't do much with a 700MHz CPU.
 
You can test how much your CPU WILL handle when over clocked by turning up the clock speed with a program called ClockGen. - Google it.
