CPU or RAM?

When im playing a game, what is causing the game to slow down my RAM or CPU? for instance im playing Warcraft 3. my computer has P3 1.2 ghz and has 620 of ram (just upgraded yesterday from 256, and i plan on upgrading to 1 gb very soon) just curious. thank you!

I'm guessing you mean 620mb (lol hopefully not Kb) in which case i doubt it is your ram (need to know type of ram to be sure: PC2700? 3200?). Having said that you haven't given much detail about your PC. GPU? Motherboard? PSU? Try to post some specs

here is everything. the onyl thing different is i took out a 128 RAM and put in the 512 yesterday so its 620MB

The problem is most likely because your using integrated graphics.

I would have to agree, integrated graphics on a notebook are not that great on older laptops, but lately they have been getting pretty good

You cant do much about the integrated video, except perhaps increase the shared video memory size. But it's most likely maxed out already.
