CPU Problem/ Bios

I have a Chaintech 7NJL6 Motherboard with AMD 1300 MHz processor, I pulled
a dum trick & stuck a stick of PC 3200 memory in it & now it won't boot and it
cpu was changed, please re-setting cpu info. in cmos setup. I've tried clearing
the cmos, doesn't work. Can some please help me?. Thank's

Your motherboard does support pc3200 memory. You said you changed the cpu?

Could you clearify exactly what it says, your post is a little difficult to read. In reality, pretty much any DDR RAM should work in any computer. There are exceptions, but typically it'll simply clock down to the slower speed. I suspect some other problem such as not inserting it fully or some short around the case/mobo.
