CPU Ratio-Where To Find?

I want to overclock my E6600 from the stock 2400mhz. Im in the CMOS setup utility in my new MSI P6N 650i SLI mobo, looking under system clock mode, and i only see FSB clock and memory clock. I don't see the CPU ratio selection anywhere. Is it locked or something? I've never overclocked before, so this would be my first time. Right now i JUST want to OC the CPU. A couple of other questions...
Where exactly do I go in CMOS/BIOS to change the CPU Frequency multiplier, etc. Everything I need to OC...?

You might want to check your motherboard manual; some motherboards have you press another key to unlock extra options. There might also be the chance that your motherboard doesn't support changing the multi, or that the motherboard does, but you need to update your BIOS.
