CPU running hot after installing new fans

I just installed two new fans on the top and rear, they are both blowing the air out. Also installed one on the side blowing air in and have 2 more intake fans in the front. Also flipped my PSU over, I think I have had it upside down since I installed. CPU was running 35C to 40C and under load it was around 75C.

Now I'm running 40C to 45C idle and 90C under load. Could installing these fans have messed with my temps that much?

The fans I replaced were barely working and I was getting better temp.

Stock right now but I order a hyper Evo 212 last night. Just weird that the temps jumped up like that right after I changed he fans.
 
Well I'm a dummy, I took my computer to work to install fans... I guess somewhere along the way my cpu cooler came off a little bit. Tighten it up and temps are normal.
