CPU temp with new fan ?

I have a AMD Trinity quad core CPU and used the stock fan with it and it ran pretty hot with that cooler ,yesterday I put a larger heat sink and fan on it.Since I put the new fan on it ,the CPU temp has dropped drastically.On one program it goes in the minus C degrees and another one shows 2 degrees C at idle.Do these temps seem reasonable?The room it's in stays around 75 degrees.

Which program are you using? A lot of software monitoring applications have a hard time reading the correct thermal sensor on APUs.

Anything below the ambient temperature is inaccurate.

AMD processors get fidgety at idle, like beers said.

Did you put too much/little thermal paste on when putting the new heatsink on?

I put a pea sized amount on the CPU.
