CPU too hot?

My wife and I have identical computers. When I run the Speccy utility on my computer, it shows that my CPU is running at between 47 and 60 degrees centigrade. When I run the program on my wife's comptuer, it indicates that her CPU's average temperature is only 17 degrees centigrade. Is mine running way to hot? Is that a critical situation? Note: I blew the dust from both her and my mother board a few months ago, so heat build-up from dust should not be causing this.

Sounds like something is being misreported or the wrong sensor is being read. It's impossible to go below ambient on air and AIO (unless you stick the radiator in a bucket of ice or something). 17C is only 62F
