Cpu trouble

when I boot up a recently built computer, is says CPU is unworkable and refer to CPU soft menu...what does that mean and how do I solve this problem?

probaly ur motherbord and ur cpu doesnt capabile each other , or mayb something u built went wrong?

CPU and Mobo probably do work together, might be a build problem though as you say.

Just thought: Is it set up to the right CPU in the bios? If it aint it muight be why. Checked the pins for damage as well?

knouse , how bout u show us the spec. of ur built computer , cuz "MAYB" your mobo doesnt support ur CPU ? i cant tell for sure until i see ur spec. , otherwise its probaly a problem occured when u were buildin the pc
