cpu upgrade????

I currently have a athalon ii x2 240 regor and am upgrading ffrom a 4350 card to a 6670 card thias week. I can upgrade the cpu to the below card and not change mobo is it worth it?

Talked to gigabyte and they said depends on the revision of the board. I'll have to check this afternoon when I get home.

I have the same chipset!
I have a 960T in mine so you should be able to upgrade to at least a quad core.
That would def. be worth your time. The upgrade from the 240, to say a 965 would increase your fps in games right there, you might not even have to upgrade your card.
