Cpu usage is off the charts.. need help!

Everytime i open any internet browser, my computer lags like there is no tommorow. I did not experience this a week ago.

I ran avira antivir, spybot search and estroy, spyware blaster, ad aware, ccleaner, atf cleaner, bazooka scanner, registry fix, diskeeper and still, i get a laggy computer..

Does anyone have any input or a solution that would help?! im going nuts!

it might be your virus software that is causing it to lag like that. try turning it off for a few minutes and starting up internet explorer
 
firefox is the reason it is slow. I have downloaded IE and it doesnt help very much either...

I tried deleting some of the antivirus applications and some other uneeded processes. I defragmented and then cleaned up with ccleaner. Its a tad faster but it still lags... no idea why, I checked the registry with registryu dix as well

what OS are you running? i figured IE was preinstalled, unless you arent running windows...
 
I am running windows xp, I deleted IE awhile ago for some reason and i just redownloaded it.

Ill try reinstalling some of the drives
