CPU Voltage Won't Increase

just a quick overclocking question. i have a ga-ma780g-ud3h (gigabyte) motherboard and am oc'ing my phenom ii 955 b.e. when i go into the bios i turn up the cpu voltage to 1.45 but when i boot and open cpu-id i am only getting the default 1.4. is there something that could be enabled that is stopping this voltage increase? i didn't have any problems upping the voltage with my last cpu but this new one won't budge (hopefully this is the reason i can't get above a 220 core clock and 17x multiplier :()

nevermind. figured it out all on my own, no thanks to you guys  :P just kidding. to those interested, it must have been due to my increasing the voltage on my old cpu and then swapping before changing it back. all i had to do was reset the cmos and i can now adjust it on my own. yay. time for some massive overclocking... 4 ghz here i come!
