crashed ga7n400pro2

can anyone help i have crashed cant find the reason, the fan on the north bridge was frozen, the computer froze and now will not restart no beeps only lights on. no display. have swopped out cpu, monitor,harddrive. still no joy.

1.5gig memory
nivida6800 gt
athlonxp3200
windowsxp pro
sata80 gig
will be gratefull for any ideas am now pulling out my hair.
 
willl not start or re start. what do you mean by post. the lcd on my memory lights up the fans start up hdd light comes on you can hear the hdd kicking in then nothing more, no first beep lghts on mem go out fans keep going but nothing else. 400watt psu almost new im thinking the northbridge chip has fried, many thanks any more ideas
 
POST-Power On Self Test. When it doesn't beep at all when you turn it on the POST has failed. It means the problem is power or motherboard
