Hey guys, hope that you can help me on this cos i have no idea how to solve this problem on computer..
A few of my programs always crash for some reason, on both computers as well..
such as MSN messenger 7.5, Nero Startsmart and Roxio Easy Media Creator 8, iTUnes and Alcohol 120%
I install the programs, and when i restart the computer, the programs doesn't work not more.
For Roxio it has this application error:
The Instruction at "0x7c826bd5" referenced memory at "0x00000000". THe mermory could not be "read"
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEl to debug the program
For NERO startsmart it has this error
NeroStartSmart.exe
NeroStartSmart.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for inconvenience.
For MSN messenger 7.5, when i double click on it, the msn icon pops up near where it displays the time, but when i drag my mouse, it just disappears.
For iTUnes, it has the same error as NERO startsmart, maybe it has something to do with Quicktime? Cos my quicktime don't work either
For Alchohol 120%, i get the same type of error as Roxio Media Centre except different codes..>.<
Both my new comp and old comp has the same errors.
On the new comp It is running on Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 2.
On the old comp, it is running on Windows Xp Profession Service Pack 1.
Hope you guys can guide me on how to fix these errors
