Crashes when downloading

Hey,

Im new here so greetings to you all. My problem is that when i download my computer begins to become unstable and eventually crashes. I have recently bought the computer. Do you think its a hard drive problem? although my harddrive is a new Hitachi Deskstar T7K250 NCQ 250GB. I running on xp. I would apreciate any ideas on what i can do

I think this maybe something to do with it? i found it in the event log, ne ideas?
