When I turn my computer on and when it's on the loading page ( with the window xp picture along with the bar on the bottom showing the loading status ) the loading signal stops and the computer freezes. What does this mean? I can't restart it either. I have to turn off the power from the back of my computer and have to start it again. ( it works the 2nd time tho ) Can anyone tell me the problem please?
