Creating a bootable SD

I have downloaded the Ubuntu 12.04 .ISO, but now I'm lost. I can't find my USB memory sticks and my computer doesn't have the hardware necessary to burn it into a CD.

I've went to Computer Management>Disk Management>SD partition, but "Mark partition as active" is greyed out. I'm lost.

Get a USB SD card adapter like this and see if that works.
