Creative zen micro problem

My micro has been sitting for a while. I tried to charge it up to use it and i get nothing, completely dead. No charging icon, no backlight, computer won't reconize it. Anybody know what is wrong, how to fix it?

It sounds like a hardware problem. Since you said you tried to charge it.. I assume its battery is inernal and rechargeable. What I can think of is the battery being dead or the port for your charger isn't working.

If it's still under warranty, maybe have it checked by CREATIVE. Or, you can try to replace the battery if that's possible.

Oh, and it can also be your ac charger. Check that too.
