Don't get that Cooler Master Real Pro 750W for $170
Get PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750 Quad (Red) 750W, $140, MIR $30. (Black @ $150, Blue @$170)
This is a very high quality PSU.
Alternatively, CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ($130 MIR $10) is another good one
Brand wise PC Power & Cooling/ Consair >> Cooler Master

By the way, Do you really need 750W PSU? You'd probably not running multiple GPU as you got NVIDIA card on X48 chipset. I think a 500 - 600W will be enough for high end single GPU.
Or did you consider 780i chipset?

Yeah everything except the PSU is excellent. I would go for the Corsair 620w HX series PSU, you don't need 750w.

ok, in response to the psu,,,, here are some other alternatives.... was going with the thinking of getting high power to reduce need for more power in case of future wanting to do a cross fire setup... i came across these----- please take a look. at this time i am starting to look at the suggested psu's...
1.ocz...124.99, with 35.00 mir...total 89.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341002

2.antec..159.00 with 20.00 mir totatl 139.00

trying to stay with 3 or more rails, and above 650 for possible future upgrades for gpu... thinking this is sufficient power---?
i did consider the 780i but hadn't seen any reviews on it. first intel build going away from amd, and trying to figure out good/stable set up, good for a couple of years. bytw this is my 2nd build. realy anyone has info want to share, would be appreciated very much.

I would recommend the OCZ power supply.
They're great quality, great reviews...
I was thinking of getting it but my neighborhood computer store didn't have one is stock. :(

Hope this helps. :)
