If a mobo says ATI Crossfire technology 3d experience, will SLI work as we'll the processor supports Intel, and in the new egg reviews one guy has nvidia card in there.
So just curious if you eaither get the Crossfire or the SLI.
Sounds good! Also, I am sure this falls under the same category, but if the PSU is SLI - Ready I take it I need to get a "Crossfire" ready one to match the mobo?
no that just means it can support the power requirements, and i think you can use hacked drivers on the p35 chipset, with a 7 series nvidia graphics card, to get sli, and crossfire ready just means that it has the correct connectors
and the sli chipset, crossfire only works on intel and amd motherboards, recently hp found a way to get a pair of 2900's from ati to make nice with a 780i motherboard, though
