CRT TV as a monitor?

I know I'm probably sounding like an idiot right now, but is there anyway that you could run a CRT Television as your monitor? I have a 22" TV I want to try running as a monitor. If so, how?
 
You'll only be able to watch videos on it, it'll be near impossible to read stuff on that screen w/o hurting your eyes.

Your 7900 has s-video on the back, just get an s-video cable and connect it to the TV then go into display properties and it should auto-detect the TV.
