Heard about it. If your using Firefox or Palemoon and use the addon NoScript and have safe browsing habits it shouldn't be a problem.

If you have a domain or similar you can add a GPO rule to block the following which should prevent it from executing successfully:

%APPDATA%\*.exe
%APPDATA%\*\*.exe

This ransomware is passed through E-mail attachments. It looks like a PDF.
