Crysis fps problems

I have just re-installed crysis and for some reason I am getting poor fps. Last time I had it installed I was getting a average in the high 20's (27-28 fps) now my average is only 19 fps. Nothing on my system has changed except for I have newer drivers. does anyone have any idea what I can do to inprove my fps?
 
Try drivers U were using previously.

My Config :Core 2 Duo E8500,MSI P35 Neo-F,ATi HD4850,WD Caviar 640GB,Transcend 4GB 800MHz,CM ElIte 330,CoolerMaster 600W,Dell 198WFP,Logitech G1 Gaming Desktop,LiteOn LH20A1P,Creative SBS 2.1 speakerrs.
 
well you could install the Cuban's Custom Crysis Config, it improved my framerate a lot while keeping the graphics looking pretty.
