CS:S Console Question

Hey guys! Lately, my LAN parties have been getting bigger and bigger. I now have about 8 guys coming over to my house when I host my LAN parties. I was wondering if any one would know how to slay a player via the console in CS:S. I want to know how to do this because sometimes they will flash when I told them that there is no flashing (Worst thing about CS:S) and some other really annoying things. Usually when I want to give them a hard time I kick all the other guys but 1 on the other team... but I don't want to have to kick them, just slay them.

You would need some admin plugins to do that.

Where could I get these plugins? Are the console controls hard?

Haha have you tried out these plugins? Have you ever been an admin? And would you know the code to slay?
