CS:S Laggy, and Slow

:Hey guys, I just bought a new Envision 19" LCD 800:1 Contrast Ratio 5ms Response Time from Bestbuy. I also got new speakers. (Logitech X-240 2.1 w/ Subwoofer). I've got a Ok computer, I just need a new graphics card. I found this pretty good graphics card because I was noticing CS:S laggy and slow because of my onboard graphics. I need suggestions for a good gaming card in between 100-130$. I found one that I liked, what do you think? (Suggestion Please :))

That's the same video card I have. It's pretty nice. Running Source with everything maxed out, I get no lag or choppiness or anything of the kind.
 
The 8600GT should be an great card. It sucks at DX10 but is pretty good at DX9. Look at the x1950's and below too.
