CS:S Server by Sept 1st

I am currently working on my server for CS:S which is looking to be a 12 person deathmatch or deathmatch gun game. I am also designing the website for it, which is minimal and my first shot at this, so don't expect a Microsoft-like website. After I get things running right, I am going to pass around a password to ppl that would like to be in it when it first opens, RSVP here, as this will be a test for it. I will post up the site as soon as I get it running. The server's name are going to be under FirePower Gaming Servers. As I plan for 2 more CS:S servers, a BF2 and a BF2142 all accompanied with websites. But, that is in the next year or so. Anyway, just tell me here if you would like to be involved in the closed testing of it.

Thanks

If you need any help or maintenance let me know. Ill help.

And I want to RSVP. Lol.

Thanks for your effort.

I knew you would, lol. Yeah, since you are in a close state, we can see about your ping and maybe put you as Admin, no kidding. I will just have to look into your ping and the testing of it. I know you have experience, that's the only reason.;)

Well the East is only about 3000 miles away... But it should be fun if you have a decent ping for the local area, add me to Steam Friends as pparkin.

You can make some wildly amazing sites with ASP.Net. Everything else looks like some young kid made it. Download Microsoft Visual Web Developer (It's free).

Go Daddy hosts ASP.Net sites.

(ASP.Net has cool features that HTML just doesn't have... like useraccounts, databases, themes, and much much more)

I recommend downloading VWD and going through some of the video tutorials on the Asp.Net website.

I might do that, I am using Frontpage and I have my own webserver, getting a DNS soon.

Okay the server is hosting the website, which is a temporary Frontpage fix, that sucks. I will start working on the CS:S part of it maybe today. I am going to try to get the site looking better b/c it sucks badly, then start working on various things in CS:S. Just an update.... The date set is still for Sept. 1
