CS6 Design & Web Premium install issues..

When trying to install Design & Web Premium on a mac, the installation keeps failing. Has all the system requirements and I've restarted it multiple times. Ideas??

If the software was downloaded from Adobe it may be worth downloading it again and when you extract it have nothing else running. I've had this problem before when downloading trial software from Adobe.
