ok so I have this computer. csrss.exe is stuck at 100%. Norton and avg wont install. I did a windows repair. I have used registry fix, xsoft spy and one other program under safe moad. I cant get windoes updates to go. any ideas?

yeah I knwo this... I somehow need to get a program like avg to install... the priority of csrss.exe is set to high.. and it wont let me drop it down. iddeasss?
