ctrl alt del has stopped working ??

are you using norton? norton doesnt let me use control alt delete (well task manager doesnt open)

you are admin account, right? At school we can't use ctrl alt del, no ctrl shift esc.

Non-admin accounts can still use CTRL+ALT+DEL that operation is not permited on accounts with your status level on your schools network.

ive checked the keys work by clicking control and t to open a new tab

delete works because when i highlight something and click delete it disappears

how do i check the alt key works

dunno... but heres a stupid one : on underground 2 the nitrous button is the alt button (i think)

so just get the demo or something

Open up 2 or more windows and press Alt+Tab to change between them.

my alt key works, so dos delete and ctrl

Is this your computer? Did you install windows on it, or someone else?

right click the task bar to get to task manager

Go to start- run and type in "msconfig"

What happens when you did that?

I am at my work computer and have no way to check this out right now, but isn't there somewhere in Group Policy Editor that lets you disable CTRL-ALT-DEL? It might be something in there.

I seem to remember something to do with that, but not for sure.
