Ctrl Alt Del

How can I set up the Ctrl Alt Del function, without having a domain?

Can anyone help?

Ctrl Alt Del has nothing to do with a domain.

Control Panel > User Accounts > Change the way users log on or off > Disable the "welcome screen". That should enable you to have the standard log on box, where you have to type in you're username and password... if thats what you mean.

Are you talking about the "classic" windows login? That doesn't require a domain, just that it be enabled. I beleive TweakUI has an option to do so.
