CUP-Z; Question.

When I open CPU-Z. At the bottom of the programme, you're supposed to be able to select which of the two processors you have and check the speed etc. But I'm unable to, and I have two processors (AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400). Look below:

Why can't I do that?

correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe you have one processor with 2 cores instead of 2 processors.

They stopped showing multiple processors on dual-core or quad-core processors, instead it says 2 cores.

Some popular FX models, Xeon models, and Opteron Models can run on boards that support 2 processors, or have 2 sockets. I believe Socket 1207 usually can run 2 processor. But for me It only shows 2 cores. I only have one processor.

1207 xeon and 940 for the Opteron both have dual cpu boards.
