Curious why laptop hasn’t been invited for Win10

My other computers got pop up notices to reserve a copy of Win 10 for free but not my ASUS Eee laptop.
I thought it might be something blocking the pop up so I’ve been running the Windows update program in hopes that I will get a notice, but time is running out.

PCs that we determine cannot run Windows 10 will not see the Get Windows 10 app before July 29th. After July 29th, we’ll enable the icon in the system tray. This is to help ensure that you can easily check your PC’s compatibility if you choose

Oh OK I guess that's it. I bought this cheep laptop as a temporary solution to leaving my Dell laptop at home on a trip to Las Vegas and it is slow.

It's also possible that not all required updates are instslled. I have windows 7 and all important updates installed and still don't get it he icon. There are updates required for it to appear but it's possible the are optional updates.

There is one update that fails every time. I hardly ever use this computer except when I'm on break at work and only if I have something I need to do without internet. So I miss a lot of updates but I do try to catch up when i notice a lot of update on my desk top.
