Cursor Randomly Moves + Right Clicks

I'm experiencing a terribly frustrating problem with my PC at the minute... I recently installed Windows, (well, a couple of days ago) and I had no problems up until last night.

For some reason my cursor/pointer moves randomly to a location (mainly to the taskbar) and then feels the need to right click. Now, for any of you UT2004 gamers out there, this is a big annoyance (and any other FPS game you play). Mainly becuase I'm running around with a Rocket Launcher in my hands, and I suddenly look to the floor, shoot my gun, blow up, and go to -1. As funny as that sounds, it isn't.

Anyway, I'm here to plead for some help. I'm going crazy, and I don't know how much more I can put up with this.

My mouse is a cordless one, made by I.T. WORKS model GH80832:

The batteries aren't flat and have been recharged, so that's ruled out. I've uninstalled it, and re-installed it with the driver CD. And just so you know, since I've been writing this, my cursor has done this 8 times.

Please help... :)

Well...try using a different mouse, its probably broken. Try that and if im wrong then I have no clue.

I'd also like to point out the irony in the name of the mouse. "IT WORKS"
:D

Happeneds to me a long time ago, I'm not sure exactly but im about 60% sure it was the mouse itself and I had to replace it(Thus why I buy 3,99 optical mouses from fry, i have 10 spare in the closet LOL)

Yeah...

I went out and got an exchange (bought it a couple of months ago) and got a better one :D

Now everything works... Thanks guys! :)

i had a $5 mouse (before my G5, best decision ive made in awhile) that would do that, and the microsoft mice at my school also do that, without the right clicking problem. lol, id say its the mouse.
