I'm wanting to build a computer and want to know, whats some good cheap mother boards I can get that would be good for gaming? I would be using a intel chip probably a core 2 quad just what ever I can find that's atleast a dual core on ebay for a good deal.

How much do you want to spend on it ?

For something under 100 bucks I'd suggest:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128372
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131347

Or if you want to spend over 100 bucks then this is pretty much the best board in my opinion http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128358 or if you don't plan on going crossfire then get this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128359 which is pretty much the same but with only 1 pcie 2.0 slot.
Those boards are also pretty good:

On second thought I think I might get an AMD, becuase of overclocking. Maybe a AMD phenom II X3 720...What do you think? I dont want to spend no more than 230 dollars on a board and a processor. Like I said I don't want to go over 300 watts for the whole system.

I would really like to have a quad but there 125 watts...and my dad said he did want me rasing to electricity bill...so what is a good MOBO for a amd AM3 cpu? Possibly under 90 bucks?
