Custom build issues(RAM)

So I've put together the build in the signature below. I put win7 on it not realizing that it was 32bit . Anyways, I installed all the drivers that came with the motherboard. Felt around a bit, seemed pretty smooth. Tested Minecraft on it and everything. Then I ran into a problem.

Initially in the bios it saw DDR3-1600 ram, however I put in DDR3-1866, the required speed for the cpu. Seeing that it was an option to specify its speed manually, I set it to 1866. The issue I am having now is that from anytime after it passes the typical Asus bootup screen with the bios option, it may freeze at any point. I'm thinking it is an issue with the ram. Any thoughts?

Thank you.

I think I'm going to see if a firmware/bios update is available first and see what happens. Then I'll try the timing and voltage

Turns out the latency was off so I set this strait and reset the whole machine, including getting rid of 32bit xD

Thank you.
