Custom built computer crashing

My 1 year old, windows 7 computer has been crashing for 3 months. I have run virus scans with no threats detected.

specs:

amd phenom ii x4 970 BE

nvidea 570

8 gb ram

650 watt power supply

western digital 650gb hd

been doing defrags? also run malwarebytes and hyhjack this and post the log
