Custom gaming/editing computer

Damn... Ok, here I go:

1) The tower: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811164093

2) The motherboard: ASRock A75 PRO4 FM1 AMD A75 (Hudson D3) SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS (Link doesn't work for some reason)

3) The video card: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102930

4) The power supply: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027

5) The processor: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103871

6) The DDR3: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231308

7) The hard drive: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148697

8) The dvd burner: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827135204

I will buy a good 20 inch lcd monitor and an operating system on another website.

So, my concerns are:

- Are those pieces compatible or is it going to explose in my face when I press the ON button?

- Will those pieces make a great editing/gaming pc, knowing that I am NOT a heavy gamer and don't play super extreme games (I have a ps3 for that), and that I am just a RECREATIONAL video editor?

-Are those ALL the pieces I need to build a pc?

- Finally, is buying an OEM version of windows 7 premium 64 bit a good decision, or is it risky?

Thanks a lot, you are saving my computer life, hahaha.

the motherboard HAS to be an am3, not fm1, and i'd get a phenom ii 955 or 945, not much more and bit better and more overclockable i think, and i just don't like the case on a side note, but it's fine i guess.

Thanks again, man.

Ah, thanks for your answer. Yeah, the look is the deciding factor, and I'll choose Rosewill destroyer, it looks awesome and has 3 fans, so it's nice. And it makes me save 5$, hahaha. I think everything fits together too, so I'll order all those pieces pretty soon.

I was wondering, if I install myself the OS and everything, am I going to have to search for 10 000 drivers and basic programs, or do they come with the components?

Thanks again for making me feel safer for my first custom pc and, well, for making it possible for me! :D

Take care,
