Custom Laptop Websites?

Can anyone suggest a good site that allows you to customize your laptop? An example being http://www.ibuypower.com. This site is great but it doesn't offer certain stuff.

I'm looking for a website that offers:
Intel Centrino Duo Processor (or anything with a long battery life)
Decent graphics, at least 128MB, pref 256MB (some, for soem reason, don't)
Bluetooth
Info on battery life would be nice too
