Custom PC - Opinions Wanted

So I have plans to order a new Custom PC soon and this time it's between the Ryzen 3950x or the Intel 10900KF. I have plans to build a Ryzen PC with a 3950x as one guy from PC Speicalist suggested I should get a Ryzen 3950x as since I play games, stream and record all at the same time, he says that those 6 extra cores would help me along with my Unity game development as well. What do you guys think of this build?

I will be using my RTX 2070 from my old build and then I will eventually order a new GPU for the new build.
