Customizing Firefox... can you help?

I recently found a theme I like, but I want to change the color of the scroll bars from silver to a metallic blue.

I understand there is a way to do this, but I don't know how.

Can someone give me a quick walk-through?

Are you sure there is a way?

Maybe by editing the CSS code of the theme but I don't know where it is located...
 
Did you download the theme and installed it?
Shouldn't there be an option for the theme where you can customize the look?
Not sure about this because I have never tried downloading themes for FireFox.
 
I was actually referring to what codes I should put in the userchrome.css file, I was hoping to change the URL bar so it has rounded edges, I tried using a code I found for this theme specifically, but the code was designed around firefox for mac, and that specific code relied on the computer having the files pre-installed on the hard drive to round out the edges to match Safari.
