Ok, now i know how to color the case the way i want it, now i need to know what sort of a tool i need to cut the case with.

Its just an ordinary metal case. I have a jigsaw for cutting metal...is that good enough? or is there something better?

dont worry The_Beast is here

ok if you are going to cut your case with a jigsaw make sure you have a jigsaw with a metal cutting blade(36 teeth or more). Jigsaw leave tiny sharp metal chips that will go every where. Jigsaw are great for free design holes and window. Now if you have never used a jigsaw before you really should try to practice on something. Jigsaw have A LOT of vibration so you have to take off the panel you are working on. You will want to tape up every thing so you don’t scratch you panel. You will want to use oil to keep the blade sharp and the cut smooth.

Or you could use a dremel type tool. Dremel ‘s are consider the moders best friend. Be sure to use reinforced cutoff wheels. They are slower than the jigsaw. They take a lot of patience for a nice end result so don’t rush it.
