I have it and its out of warranty so no free tech support...I was going to download a book to my ereader and saw the network was no longer secure, just open..although i forgot my password to change anything it showed my security settings as WPA personal..and WPA only.....But net work appears to be unsecured,,, I use the router mainly for netflix....or to buy an e-book every once in awhile,,,,HELP!
