I recently purchased a D Link Xtreme N Gigabit Router. Easy enough to set up although it cut my bandwidth tremendously (68482 Kbps without it - 6842 Kbps with it).

What you pay for isn't always what you get. I pay for 30m from Comcast and I've never seen over 25m.

Op better that you speedtest with the router and without and post both results.
